Defining a Development Plan

First of all, What is a Development plan? The Development Plan is a document that provides planners with guidelines to follow during the development assessment process. 

Developmental assessment is a process that measures a child’s attainment of physical or cognitive skills that allow continued maturation, learning, and function in society.

  2. Clarify the actions needed to achieve these goals. 
  3. Commit to participating in the planned activities

We can simply define a Career Action Plan as a roadmap that will take you from point 1 to point 2. 

 Point 1 is the process of choosing your career /vocation to Point 2 getting a job in your chosen career and advancing in it. 

Also referred to as an Individualized (or Individual) Career Development Plan, it will help you reach your career goals.
